HEADLIGHT REBUILD

ok well i did the driver side headlight last night to see what it was like, i got the rebuild kit from TDS, a refferal from here, thankyou, and i did it now i can wind and unwind the light up and down, but the motor doesnt come on, no i believe it is the lil copper heads with the springs, is there any easy way to get them to stay in the track untill i get the motor in and then come back out.... any advice or opinions would be appreciated. thanku

Two methods of holding the brushes retracted against the springs are given in the instructions that came with your kit. You can download the instructions for 209280 from my web site. It is in the lower right hand column under "Documentation".
