Dash Swap Next round of questions

The Car is Alive!!!!!
It actually starts!!

For those who don't know what I'm doing, I'm putting a 91 dash in my 84.

Now that I have it running, I'm noticing more in the cluster that isn't working.
The voltage gauge is working fine

But the Tach, and oil don't seem to be working.

If I was reading the C-100 diagrams right, I should have it wired up correctly.

So I'm thinking it's a grounding or shorting out problem in the cluster. It's also doing this, When I turn the headlights on, all the cluster lights light up just fine. Except one, the one that's is close to the speedometer and oil gauge. It only comes on really dim, at first I thought it was a bad connection or bulb. So I swaped the bulbs from one of the other sockets, and that same area is dim.

Anyone know where to start looking for any of these problems?

Also, my fuel gauge goes all the way to full.

I also noticed that when I turn the key, that the check engine light doesn't come. Then I thought, shouldn't all the lights come on for a self test?

not sure, should they?

Anyone know where I should start looking?

OK,
I think I may have figured out the oil and tach.
According to the schmatic I have, one of the pins shoulds that go to both those gages are suppose to be grounded, and it wasn't.

I ran a temp wire to ground, and started the car up and those gages started working. The fuel gage still isn't working tho, but I wonder if it also a ground problem.

Where do all the ground points for the dash connect too?
