We bought an 85 Z-28 5.0L TPI car for our son and it had a serpentine belt drive in the boot. We put it on and everything was great til we realized the wiring had been knackered by some yahoo. I need to figure out where the red wire from the plug needs to be run. Do I tie it into the wire that runs to the starter from the post on the back of the alternator? I am currently at a loss on this thing, Everything else on the car appears to be fine since we fixed the other knackered wires. Thanks in advance, Chip.
