I bought a used cut out but it did not come with any wiring or switches. It is pretty basic with only two wires and works similar to a window motor. Power and ground will open it, then switch the wires around to close it. I need advise on wiring a switch to it. I think i would need a six way switch but i'm not sure. Basicly the two cutout wires would go to the center of the switch as a neutral position, then power and ground at the top and power and ground at the bottom only reversed. Am i making this more complicated then it should be?? If not any ideas on where i can buy the switch?

You have a lot more options then that, but it would work. If you don't like the look of a big (if it's higher current) toggle or rocker switch. You could use a small one, and relays. I think two push buttons would look the bests. One to open and one to close.
To do it the way you described you're looking for a DPDT (on)off(on) switch. Double Pole Double throw, the ()indicate momentary/spring return, and having off in the middle means it has a center off position. Or you'll see DPDT mom-off-mom, Or some combination there of. You don't want none in the center and you do what momentary.

When buy switches you NEED to know how much current you'll need.

An Apem 647H2 is a 15A switch (probably over kill at 15A) but would work.
647H2

I would still use two push buttons though, one for open one for close, just think it would look better.
