What do you mean by "we have power to the main"? You have power to the front lights only? Any chance that you may have disconnected the bulk head connection recently? Any blown fuses?

This "sudden death" symptom usually points to bad/dirty battery terminals. They work fine one minute, then a minute later they create a lot of resistance and the whole car is dead. Been there, twice. Cleaning helped but once I actually had to get a new pair of terminals ($2.99 I believe).

If you clean your battery terminals and tighten them snug and this stops happening, you know what it was!

Hope this helps.

i found the problem it was one of the small wires that hook to the starter no the ground but on of the power wires going into the harness everything works great now thanks.
