ok it is no big surprise that the headlights dont go up or down, now my problem is that after i rebuilt them with the kit supplied by TDS the motors seem to wind themsleves down real tight so when i go to put them up again they dont go up, should i disconnect them and hit the switch to go up and intall them when they stop. at the highest point. cause when i do it by hand it is hard as hell to get them to unwind. thanks

 

I am having a similar problem just w/the driverside motor though.If I unplug the module the drivers motor goes up w/ ease& when module is plugged in the motor fights me when i try to wind it up manually, I am thinking it might be the module. Kind of upsetting after a week ago tthey worked beautifully & now this! any help out there for us guys w/ no headlights?
