Car: 91 formula ws6
Engine: 1 peice roller scat 383 4 BOLT!!
Transmission: 5 speed
Axle/Gears: 3.42
everything weak, (lights,windows,hatch etc)

i just bought the car so i dont know to much about it, but i know the alternator is newer, and the battery is new but from canadian tire(will change soon) but eveything is slow, power antena stugles to live hatch takes 10 second to release, power locks even suck, is this some kind of drain? or is it a simple wire?

Go simple first. Clean and lube the antenna with WD-40 or some other light lube. I have no experience with the power pull down, but it's conceivable, I guess, that it too might improve with cleaning and lubing. Power locks and slow windows are often caused by gumming (a common thirdgen problem). Again clean and lube. Should you go inside the door to accomplish this latter, the following link may be helpful:

That's excellent advise to follow from JamesC.Clean and lube everything,do an oil change/lube underneath if you haven't already(not a bad idea to flush/fill the cooling system).If the your T/A had been sitting for a long period of time before you bought her the battery may have discharged(especially in cold weather).If you have a battery charger,or access to one,fully charge the battery.An alternator is meant to maintain the charge on a battery not fully charge a dead one.Check all electrical connection for corrosion and condition of the cables.

Check the voltage at the fuse block while running a window down. See if you have battery voltage.

tahnks all, dirt outer window seals were the culprit for the windows going slow, but theres definetly a lack of power and im surw battery and altenator is fine, ill test the volts going into them on the weekend
