well did the tpi to carb swap and wired the fuel pump to the ecm plug in under the dash and this morning i hard my out of the tank pump running ,the key was off ,so i pop the hood and unplug the relay the one near the wiring harness that goes to the fuel panel ? why did this happen i've be dring thecar for a while like this and now this happens

 

If it's worked fine until now, your wiring must not have been that sturdy. Check your connections and make sure that they aren't shorting out.
