i have a 1990 iroc convertible and i pulled the transmission to fix a leak. upon reinstalling i tried to start the car and heard a click from the starter the battery went dead. i tested battery and it was good. replaced the bad starter and had no better luck. lights, signals, etc work in 'on' and 'off' position. checked wiring around the trans and dipstick and discovered no problems. suggestions gentlemen?

on a side note, the radio isn't getting power at all. could this be related?
