Certain Interior Lights Wont Come On..

Ok folks,

My problem is this, there are a couple lights in my car that do not work, they stopped working after my battery was put back in after a recharge.

The following lights dont come on anymore:

The Shifter Plate Light - Already Replaced The Bulb, No Go
The HVAC Lights
The rear DEF switch light
The lights near my Driver Information Center (Digital Dash)
Fog Light switch
Headlight/Parking Light Switch

Do those last two switches even light up to begin with?

As I said, these lights stopped coming on after my newly charged battery was put back in, Ive checked all the fuses, they are all good.

EVERYTHING ELSE in the car works like it should, the dash dimmer wheel works, the dome lights, the cig. lighter, door chime, floor/courtesy lights, rear hatch light, they all work, all the switches work, they just dont light up.

PLEASE HELP ME!!! I have been trying to find the reason behind this for the past year, and have yet to find out WHAT needs to be replaced to fix my problem.
----------
Would These Two Switches Have Anything To Do With This?

Could be a bad park light switch. Could be bad wiring.

These schematics are for a 85 camaro SC, but should be very similar:

Yes, the guages do light up, and they dim very smoothly with the dimmer wheel.
