1 have an 84 camaro that needs a wiper motor, so I bought from ebay. the plug on top has 4 prongs and I found the wires for it on the car, there's also a plug on the bottom of the motor it self with two prongs. the motor I bought has the plug to fit it but I can't figure out where to hook these two wires on the car. the motor will not run when hooked to the four prong plug on the car but it will run one speed if I hook the two wires on the bottom of the motor directly to the battery. can anyone help me?

I basically wanted to know where the two wires on the bottom go. I can't make sense of the wiring diagram in the haynes manual, it shows the yellow wire loops back to the motor someplace and the other is a ground

the wires that plug into the top part of the motor are going into the cover and thats the delay/pulse and pump control. you can take the cover off and see the board inside. My guess is the two on the bottom are the =/- power wires to turn the actual motor on and i think they go into the steering column to the wiper switch. I ordered a factory manual today and when i get it I will look it up to be sure unless someone else can look it up for you.
