I have a 88 GTA with the original 305, 5 speed, and digital dash. My problem is the tach works fine at idle and even light acceleration. But when I give er, even in nuetral, the tack works as it should until around 2500 rpm's, then it drops like it got disconnected, then back to operational when I let up. Any one know this one. Thanks for whatever help you can give.
