Car: 84 Camaro
Engine: 400sb
Transmission: built 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.73
no power to headlights and horn.

so i bring the camaro out of hibernation and i get a new battery, a new intake, a new carb, and a new trans. i put the car back together and no headlights or horn along with that the radio isnt in so i dont know if it works or not lol. any ideas could it be a one of those circuit breaker things or fuse you know?

Most likely there is a broken fuseable link or missing wire down on the starter bat terminal. This is where the systems that you are describing recieve there power.
