Everything is going crazy under the hood

Ok, I just swapped my 305 for a 355 and I just finally got everything wired up except for a few sensors. I hooked up the battery all of the grounds and when i turn the key to the on position ALL of the relays seem to make noise. When I try to turn the motor over (for ish and giggles) the fuel pump primes and will not stop. Then a relay on the right side of the car makes an almost buzzing sound randomly every 2 seconds or so. The battery is on the charger and I see I have enough volts simply to try and turn the motor over, and I haven't had any noise problems before when my battery ran low. If you have any thoughts shoot em over to me. By the way, I do have all the grounds hooked up and the terminals are clean. Thanks

It's possible that the battery charger is inducing enough AC voltage in the system to cause this.

I was beginning to think the charger had something to do with it, because once i turned off the charger, I didn't notice as much noise. Although, there wasn't as much voltage when disconnected either. I'm going to buy let it charge up for the day and see what happens after. Thanks for the input
