Code Alarm Help

I wrote Code Alarm and haven't heard anything from those people, so I'm trying here. My car came with a Code Alarm Pro 3000 system installed. It was a half*** install job, the shock sensor is tie strapped to a thick wire harness, they broke the brake switch for the TCC and Cruise, and left out half the screws for covers. Anyway the thing still works because when I start the car the doors lock and if I disconnect the battery, I can't restart the car without pressing a button under the dash. My remote does nothing. I have changed the battery twice and nothing. Is there a relearn procedure for this unit? I know this is an old alarm and should probably just get a newer one, but I don't want another idiot under my dash! Help

Re: Code Alarm Help

I can tell you one thing. Code and many other manufactures DESIGN the shock sensor to be tied to a big harness in the car. As far as relearn I would try to find a CODE dealer in the area you live and get another remote or help with the relearn.

A consumer will prolly NOT get any help from a big company such as them.
