Stop / Haz fuse???

While pulling my fuses to try and diagnose my no-start problem, I noticed that the Stop/Haz fuse was a little stuck in there. When I finally got it pulled out I saw that one side of the fuse was completely melted.

I read that this was due to a bad connection on the back of the fuse block but it looks ok to me. What should I do?

I would just get a new fuse, and if it works, there's no problem. It could have just been that the fuse wasn't in enough and it arced and melted..
