'88 IROC tach needle missing...

Anyone know if you can just replace the needle on the tach in an '88 IROC or even just the tach itself or if you'd have to replace the entire gauge cluster?

The needles just pull off of the gauge. Im sure if you put one back on it would work fine.

Re: '88 IROC tach needle missing...

the needles are removed and replaced easily as stated above, but i'm wondering why it's missing in the first place. did you just buy the car? i'm wondering why it's missing; maybe there is another problem with the gauge that lead to the previous owner playing around with it.
