85mph speedo into a 115mph

My car currently has the 85mph speedo cluster in it. The only things that work on it is the oil pressure gauge. Everything else works when it wants to. What would i have to do to make my 85 mph gauge work accuratly in the 115 mph cluster?

Why stick with the 85? As Aperion intimates, the 115 or 140 would both slip in without modification.
