how can i hook up this fan wires cut

my car has one fan behind radiator the prob is that the ends are cut off. i touched a wire to the battery and what an arc! so you all got ant ideas how i can hook it up where it aint gonna spark up ,or catch fire.it does work though.thanks

i hooked mine up to my blaster coil so my fans always running when i have the key in the on position so my motor stays nice and cool but kinda drains power from the coil so thats why i got the blaster 2 coil from msd.

i located the original fan wires to hook it all back up factory i hope it all works.but thanks for replying.
