acc fuse popping,lots of smoke!

acc fuse popping,lots of smoke!
well,i tried putting car back together,hooked evereything up dash,steering colum etc. as soon as i touched pos . cable up to battery i heard a pop and came rolling out from under the dash. any ideas? no melted wires or anything just accessory fuse blowed.
