Hey guess what another hatch motor problem!!!!!!!!!!

Ok I thought I saw on here my problem once but can't find it now... my hatch motor does what it is supposed to do... only backwards.... when you open the trunk the motor moves when you close it it stops how do I fix that I remember something about a switch but don't remember where...

ugh what a pain in the @$$!!! I got it working after an hour in case anyone wants to know how... I unscrewed the motor to give me some play and pulled the reversing switch off the solenoid with the intent to remove it but ended up pushing it back on by mistake... low and behold it reset itself and started to work the right way... then it wouldn't pull down!!!!!!!!! This is where a BFH comes in handy I just hammered on the bottom lightly from inside the trunk (good thing I can cram my self in small places) and pop the motor caught and works perfect. I say we find the genius at gm that engineered this fine piece of motorized equipment and give him a wedgie!
