Stock ign. to MSD question
My car has been giving me problems with stalling when it gets hot lately and I have pretty much narrowed it down to being the ignition control module in the dist, or the coil. My question is, my dad has a MSD 6A just lying around and a blaster coil I think. Does the MSD box fully replace the ICM? or would I still need to replace it (the ICM)? I cant remember right now if he still has the MSD dist for the system or not.
I'm not knowledgeable on this ignition stuff.
