i need help

alright fun problem here...

so, a few months back my car set itself on fire a good 5 times within a 6 month period, i finally decided to park it.

now id like to fix it, this is my 84 Camaro Z28 5-speed originally a 5.0 converted to a 70 350 .060 over. all the wires are burned behind the engine, i now have it stripped down to the heads and block for more workspace, id like to know the best way of fixing this.

keep in mind its a non-computer controlled carb engine with no a/c, no air pump, no emission control, and very few sensors, i dont want bunches of extra wires, i dont care about emissions.

i do want my lights, blinkers, wipers and electric fan, thats about it

also, i have plenty of money, i want the easiest solution even if its not the cheapest
