I'm not sure this is the right forum for this, but i have a question about my ALDL plug. When i plug my scanner into it, program the vin in, etc... it keeps telling me that "no connection is being made, make sure ALDL is connected". Could this be a broken wire somewhere? and if not, does anybody have any idea what it could be, or have you run across it before? thanks ahead of time for the help.


edit: it's on an '84 T/A with the L69.
