Automatic window switches do they have like a built in relay that tells them when to kicks off is it somewhere in the wiring?

 

I'm not sure what your question is. I had auto-up/down added to my 92's windows when the Viper 791XV remote start/security was installed. You need the DEI 530T window module, I believe it is just wired into the window switch wires. They're on eBay for $60 or less and not hard to put in from what I understand, but I haven't installed one myself.

Yup, the module does auto up / down... it has inputs for alarm to go up with alarm arm / vent / open and also ads the feature of tap / release and it opens or closes all the way... also stops if it meets resistance, i.e. buddy's head in the window

Can that module be wired in to be activated off a keyless entry setup something like autoloc or is it made to go with their alarm systems?

 

Usually it has a pulsed input (example, ground for a second) that tell is to close.... another channel tap will vent the windows, and that same output (from an alarm will open it)...

Your keyless entry my be able to find a wire that will make it close the windows, but could be tricky... Check the DEI site and you should be able to download the instructions / inputs...
