blinkers not blinking

i have had this problem before, but it was only intermittent and seemed to go away shortly. this time it seemd to be here to stay. when i turn the blinker on it stays on but doesnt blink. does anyone have any idea?'

isnt there some relay or something that controls the blinkers?
if so where is it?

i would appreciate any help anyone could give me in trying to figure this out

Re: blinkers not blinking

not 100% sure on our cars but most have a "switch" behind the wheel that will turn the blinkers on when you move the lever, if that goes out they won't work.

Under the dash is a Flasher unit. Go to auto parts store and buy one for your car so you will know what you are looking for. A $4.00 item.
