Interior lights wont shut off...
My interior lights wont shut off. The rearview lights or the dome. The switch for the interior lights is not activated and my gauge lights are not on. This has been happening since I got my car, but I have pulled the bulbs to this point and finally want them to work right.
Is there another sensor that triggers these besides the doors and the headlight switch? Is there a way to test if my headlight switch is broke, but if it were always on for the interior my gauges would light up.....

Unplug each switch of the 3, one at a time, until you find which one is keeping them on.
It's also possible that you just have a wire pinched or chafed somewhere. The bulb has battery fed to one terminal constantly, and the switches supply the ground to complete the circuit. If anything inthat circuit is touching ground, then the lights will always be on.
Start by just unplugging each switch and see what happens.

When you say three switches, you mean plugs on the rear of the headlight switch ? Can they be reached/easily seen from under the dash?

three switches
No I don't think you can get to the HL sw plug from under the dash. You'll have to take off the cluster bezel (about 8 screws), reach in beside the sw and push in the little button that releases the **** shaft and hold it down while pulling the shaft out, unscrewing the little nut thing from around the shaft, and letting the sw move out of where it is to somewhere you can get at it.
The door switches are much easier. I'd start with those. Just pop the kick panels off and reach around behind there.
