Easiest way to rewire the fog lamps...

I looked at the fog lamps that are currently installed and I noticed that they were unplugged, so I attached a voltmeter to the bulb outlets just to see if they were live or even worked. When I flipped on the fog lamps the fuse immediately blew, so there has to be a short somewhere in the system. I then looked for the fog lamp relay but I couldn't find it, and it looked almost like it had been removed. So I figure I should just rewire the entire thing from the lamps on back. So whats the simplest way to use the existing switch and fuse to wire these lights. Thanks.

You'll still need a relay to do it right.

Yea I figured I needed to get a new relay I just wanted to get an idea on how to wire it up.
