After 2 weeks of Vats issues I finally fixed it with the resistor thing. I got the resistor plugged towards the VATS end, does that mean the box is bad? I measured the ohms from the ignition end with the key on and it was not the same as the key resistance. Any help is greatly appreciated I would to find the real problem and fix it.....
