I finally figured out the issues with my intermittent wipers! I looked at the two leads from the windshield wiper motor, which supply electricity to the pulse board through two contacts. They were too short, and not contacting the pulse board at all!! I put two slide connectors onto the leads to make contact with the pulse board contacts, and now the intermittent wipers and pump work!! Thought I'd pass this on.
