92 305 tbi camaro e code my speedometer isnt working and im getting a code 24 so i changed the vss sensor and still speedo doesnt work Ive been looking for the speed buffer cant find it theres no box by the ecm can any one give me some help and maybe a wiring diagram

and i did get the right vss i got from the dealer who looked it up by the vin and it was exact as the one i took out

 

Your car doesn't have a buffer box IIRC.Has anything been changed on the car?Like rearend,different size wheels and/or tires?

 

i reset computer cleared the code found the buffer box switched it speedo still doesnt work pulled a guage from another car it didnt work either i pushed the needle over to 80 and when i put the switch on it fell to below nothing
