You're in the wrong section, should be in the "Body" forum, but here's what you do...
Tilt the wiper arm up, away from the windshield. There should be a lever (for lack of a better term) you can pry out with the tip of a large, flat blade screwdriver, this will hold the wiper arm away from the windshield. Now, with some force straight out, the wiper arm should come off from its post.
