Suprise Gas Gauge Fix

OK, long story short, My gas gauge wasn't working for a long time (always at E). Someone siphoned out all my gas when i left it at a bar (No drink and drive ). So, i drove away, and ran out of Gas on the roadside.

When i was finally able to fill her back back up, the gauge worked again!

Not sure if it fixed itself because it ran 100% dry, or because someone bumped the float with their hose. I just know i'm excited i don't have to drop the tank (MAJOR PAIN IN ***).

So, to anyone else who has no gauge, you might wanna try running her dry, or see if you can tap the float with a hose or something. *shrug*

***GOOD LUCK***
