im looking to do a power door lock conversiondoes anyone know what parts i need and how difficult this is to do...because this is my daily driver

Once you have all the parts, you can probably do both doors in a half hour, but the wiring will take a little longer.

What you need is 2 lock actuators, 2 bracket linkages (actuator to lock rod), four 1/4'' rivets, and a 1/4'' rivet gun. If you do not already have the wiring in your car, you will also need the lock switch wiring pig tails, actuator pig tails, and lock relay.

I did the install but the locks didn't work because the locking rod wouldn't move far enough. If that happens, just get a can of spray white lithium grease and spray down the entire inside of the lock mechanism.
