windshield washer not working

windshield washer not working
Got a 84 z28 and windshield washer will not work. I have replaced the pump, installed new turn signal/wiper switch and checked washer fluid lines for cracks. My guess would be a bad wiper circuit board, but am I missing anything else? Where can you get a new board and how much?

Try taking the line off the pump and giving it a good suck to get the fluid to the pump--I'm forced to do this on my 85 from time to time because I don't use the wipers/pump very often.
