Help! Need photos of Fan Cooling Sensor and plug.

Hey guys,

Had an engine fire in my 1991 Trans Am and the fan sensor and plug got melted.

Looks like the connector on the wire is to a flat rectangular plug (like a quick connect), but the sensor has a cylindrical shaft (at least remaining part). Thinking that it should have a pancake head and this fell off.

I have part numbers for the sensor and plug, but want to be sure before ordering:

Sensor # 25037346

Plug # 12117342

I know a few of you have gone through this so please advise!

Thanks,

Sean

Oh well, no responses.

Got a better idea.

Gonna go with the Hypertech 4028 and get the fan on at 200 Deg. F instead. Thanks Willie!

Sensor also comes with the harness plug.

This will be a better set up for the rebuilt engine's and supercharger's added heat.
