APC harness hookup

APC harness hookup
I was hooking up the APC 4 lamp Harness Kit #509103 and have hit a dead end.
I have the fou lamps plugged in, have the power leads to the battery, have the grounds hooked up.
The lights dont work properly...I have tried these:
in combination with the wiring harness:
I have the harness plugged into the low beam connecter on the drivers side..I am thinking it may need to be wired in a different way...anybody else have this combo wired up and could help?
