So my girlfriend has a 91 auto 305 TBI, The car pretty much starts when it wants too. The car will run fine for 2-3 days in a row then after that it won't start for a couple of days once it sits for about 2-3 days the cycle will start again. Really havn't spent too much time on it. I'am assuming its got somthing to do with a sticking relay imo. Please advice and by the way very mechanicaly inclined so I understand cars just not too much background on F-body's.

 

I think more info is going to be needed. Like what is it doing when it won't start? cranking, nothing? What relay is sticking?

It will be hard to diagnose without a few of the basics.

 

Is the engine light coming on?

 

No have not noticed the engine light come on. It will crank over no problem just wont start up. Where are the engine relays I tried looking real quick but didn't find them either today or tommorow will be spent trying to figure the car out. Any info is appreciated.

 

Which relays are you looking for? Fuel pump relay? I think I got a spare one you can try if your anywhere near the Peoria area.

 

Relays I can get or acquire, I'm in cali so thank but a little far lol. I would just like to know where there at. because I've hooked up some NOID lights to the injector connectors and they were lighting up then the car started so not sure if It's that or not.
