I dont think the fuseable link worked...
Ok, So I took off my alternator and power steering bracket to do some work and while I was installing my alternator back on, the big red wire must have hit a ground on accident and at the power distributon block near the battery went up in smoke... Well I was checking power there to see what happened and one of the wires burned up.
Is my fuseable link bad?? (the part that burned was between the fuseable link and the power block.)

Correct, replace that section of wire with a new link and you should be good.
I did the same thing, but i blew my fusable link to the fans.
