Ignition Problem

So I have this problem where I don't get a spark from the distributor..
So there's a new ingnition module, pickup coil, distributor cap, and ignition coil. But still no spark.

Anybody know why and could help me?

Re: Ignition Problem

have you even checked power to the ignition? if you have no power, all those parts aren't gonna help.

Re: Ignition Problem

double check the connection where the module plugs into the pickup coil. i recently had a no spark issue and one of the wires from the pickup coil somehow got pushed back inside the connector.. so even though it looked like it was plugged in.. it wasn't.

Re: Ignition Problem

aaaahhh... One of the connectors was backwards.. After some heavy cranking and a little bit of backfiring it started up.
