I transplanted a fuel pump from a running 90 IROC Z 5.7 TPI into my 89 T/A 5.7 TPI car. This car is not getting any spark from the coil.
Where is the spot to get the fuel pressure reading from?

Nope.
There isn't even a fuel pressure sensor on our cars. So the ECM has NO CLUE about the fuel pressure. Spark is created by the ditstibutor and coil, completely separately from the ECM (you can actually remove the ECM and you will still be getting spark).
The TPI FP test port is on the fuel rail, passenger side, towards the back of the intake, close to the coil.
Hope this helps.

This car will not any spark to out of the coil. I have tried 3 coils replaced the module(twice) replaced the spark control unit, unplug the tan/balck wire, switch out relays by the drivers firewall its just not getting any spark.
Could it be a bad ground situation. I have notice that in the process of cranking the engine over that the negative cable becomes hot. So i rechecked all my ground.
"Man" I`m so stump on this car. Theres definably one mean *** gremlin some where in there.

The ground cable will get hot and I bet you that the positive cable does too. They have 200+ amps flowing through them. You can WELD with that much juice!
What happens if you turn the key on and ground the white wire on the coil? Does it spark? That would tell you if it's bad.
Another thing that can cause a no-spark situation is the pick-up coil no the distributor shaft. Those do go bad over time.
