it's screwed in,under drivers kick panel down by floor. like i say its screwed to the body ,but i don't see what it goes to?

 

Your post is very vague and the abbreviations aren't helping you get a response either.

Here's what I am interpreting:

1. The site's search function is not working.
2. Behind the driver's side kick panel you have a broken wire that connects to ground but you can't tell where the open end of the wire goes.

Is this correct? If so, it might go to the door lock relay located a little higher up.
