heat and ac problem

Car: 89 Formula 350
Engine: TPI 350
Transmission: T5
Axle/Gears: 3.27s for now
heat and ac problem
does anybody know why no matter where I put the lever on my heat/ac control it comes out the defrost. Has anybody had this problem? The temp control works but I can't get the air to go anywhere but the defrost. I need help on this one. Thanks
