hello room

i just bought a set of h4 leadlamps, my problem is the hi beams stayed on,so i got the 4 headlight system wiring harness from summit racing.now all 4 head light are on rrrrrrr.when i flip the hi beam switch they all go off .why cant i get them to work like they used to hi-low beams not all on or all off .what iam i doing wrong. thanks
