Car: 1985 Z-28
Engine: 350 @.030 over
Transmission: Borg-Warner 5 speed
from tpi to carb - getting the speedo to work
Any ideas on how to get the speedometer to work without the ecm. All other gauges work so I would like to keep the original gauge. Can I use the yellow speedometer buffer without the ecm? also does anyone have a schematic of the speedometer circuit including the buffer?

This is for your 85 z-28? If so you don't have to do anything as your car has a cable driven speedo.
