Alright I am missing the wire circled in red. Can anyone tell me the wire color? I have the harness out and would like to try and find the other end of it seeing as a bunch of my wires were cut.

Also the section circled in blue: I have 2 wires comming off my battery terminal. One to the starter and one to the alternator. Can someone tell me where the Blk/red come into play? Also What does it mean when it shows the red wire on the alternator bridgeing. Can someone snap a pic of their own to show me?
