alright so today I put in a new deck! lets say this at the beggining of the day my.

dash lights, ciggarete lighter, dome light werent working.
after the new radio install they all worked!?

now when i took out the factory radio I noticed that someone had done there own WIRING!?!@ in there before, theres a long black wire hanging there, a pink one, some sort of plug on the far back its brown I think...now keep in mind my power mirrors, door locks and brake lights and tails dont work.

now my harness that runs out of the firewall to the headlights, headlights motors, and blinkers and horn, doesnt work either.


doe this control the tails?

I know this isnt very clear i have alot of electrical bugs and im not sure where to start.

all my fuses are good by the way!


any help is appreciated, if you need further info let me know, or pictures?!

that sounds like a mess that im not willing to deal with.
and nor do I have the time and money to do it.

 

Your best bet is to track wiring diagrams of those items that are not working and wire them the way they are supposed to be wired. Looks like someone did a hack job and now you have to deal with it. Sucks I know.
