Need Help getting rid of some wires, pics inside.

Ok, So I am compleltly redoing my engine compartment and I think i have been doing a pretty good job. I am rewiring the battery, alternator, starter, cooling fan, electric water pump on a seperate circuit. I want to compeltly get rid of my computer harness. I want to keep all my lights working up front and keep my wiper motor, but not my washer fluid motor. There will be no heat or a/c box or wiring, that is almost done. So please help, I have gotten this far but got a lil stuck when trying to figure out it going through the firewall how to seperate the wires i need from the ones i dont. Please see the pics and see if you can try to explain to me how to seperate the wires. Sorry for the camera phone quality.

Ah cover your distributor hole before you drop somehting in there!

About your washer motor... The wires from that are not in the harness (at least on my car) and come from the motor cover, so you really can't get rid of it.

Was this car originally a fuel injected/ECM controlled motor?

you'll want a fan controller unit thing if you want the fans to work without the computer.. i just run mine to come on with the key though and no problems. the alternator wire goes to the firewall and to the fuse box and the fuel pump relay at the firewall. you could run a junction block at the battery and re route some wires but that seems unnecessary. the only other thing from the computer is engine stuff. o2, map/maf, injectors, tps, iac, timing, other sensors... the wipers, horn, lights come from the firewall/fuse box. you can cut the red/blue wires off the wiper motor (washer), and pull them from the headlight harness and remove the bottle/ connector there
