ok i have an 86 z28 305 5spd. it has a quadra bog and when i got the car the tan wire that connects to the battery that you can unplug was cut. so i re attached it and now the car seems to run really well then it starts to hesitate and bog and now it wants to stall everytime i let off the gas basically. i dont really understand what the deal is. also when i attach the wire the idle changes and the carbuerator makes a clicking noise. Is this a connection for a computer controlled ignition? i have it disconnected now assuming im running base timing but as i accelerate the car just has no *****. with the plug attached it screws and then after about 20 minutes the car is absolutely horrible. Any ideas? im fresh out oh yeah also car timing is set at 0 degrees.
