how does something affect the readings on my digital dash?

im going to ask this question until i get an answer. my research has not come up with much results

i have a 1986 trans am v8 auto tpi

i have searched other posts no one ever posts their solution

how does using power windows, headlights, brake pedal, turn signal, gear selector switch ----------affect my temp gauge the most and the rest of my digital gauges are only affected alittle. like oil reads 45 psi then use one of those accessories and would reads 43-46 give or take

but my temp gauge goes up in degrees with brake pedal and all those other items are being used

and it all adds up brake pedal adds 20degrees on the gauge, headlights another 20

stop using these items and guage goes to normal

voltage gauge is only effected by plus or minus .3volts when using an accessory

i have already re-wired the 12v source and ground wire, its feeding off the radio 12v wire and ground is all the way bolted to radiator frame/chassis just off of the negative wire from the battery

still have the same problem

there are also other 12v/ground wires to power the engine light and brake bulb and seat belt bulb

could those wires affect the gauge read outs somehow?

voltage regulator and alternator i have not tested but the car charges, turns on with no problems and volt gauge stays between 11-13volts depending if car is on or not or using some accessory

so what could it be that affects the reading on my digital gauges?

Just a thought, but since all your gauges are electronic and get their power from the electrical system. When using electric devices the voltage may flutuate slightly changing the reference voltage for all of you gauges.
